Magic

One of my favorite dinners is grilled chicken legs sitting aside any fresh grilled vegetable.

In honor of SPRING, tonight is asparagus!

The Secret Ingredient:

Wash and dry chicken legs.

Spray lightly with Pam.

Season liberally with Poultry Magic.

Grill on 350* heat for about 45 minutes, turning every 5 minutes. You must keep your eye on them or they will burn, but so worth the effort. The result is MAGIC!

Man, you are SO domestic. This is a WHOLE different side of you! I have never tried Poultry Magic but I need to, thanks!

yum. Do you ever use Adobo seasoning? This is a winter type meal, but I sprinkle it all over chicken thighs, and bake the heck out of them, so all the fat drains off. They are SO GOOD.

Hmm...you are the only person that I can visit and leave two messages without feeling like a stalker. Just wanted to say THANKS. You made me feel better today. Please don't take such long vacations again.

P.S. When I said that about my husband, I thought it sounded like I was a weak woman; needy and clingy but really, it's just being honest. THanks for listening to that :). You speak from a lot of experience, I know that! I don't know how you do it.

Finally, I have some garden beds that are backed up to a fence and they don't get sun until 12:30 or so in the summer so I was curious about your light. I'm in the planning stages in my garden right now. Can't wait to get out there after my marathon.
