Portland Race Recap - Quicky style

Chip time: 4:47:20 17 minutes from my Goal time BUT 49 minute PR. Good and bad I guess. Full race report soon.

OMG, 49 min PR? That is HUGE! Congrats! You've improved so much! Next time you will get your sub 4:30, or sub 4:00, at the rate you are going! Now recover those legs! AM

that stupid 17 minutes!! i missed my goal time by 17 minutes for the second marathon in a row... grrr. still though, 49 minute PR is HUGE!!! you should be VERY proud of yourself :) hope you are recovering well!

Can't wait to hear more about your race! Don't worry you aren't foam rolling terribly wrong I don't think. I was definitely using a normal foam roller on a carpet all summer. This is just what that running coach was saying, who knows!

great job on the 49 minute PR! I think that for my next marathon (oh yeah, I'm recovered enough to know there will be another), I want to adopt Project Suck It! :) You did so awesome, and I know next time you'll go sub 4:30!
